In a time where many nurseries are recovering from the pandemic, we are going full steam ahead with our investment programme.
It is important to us that we continually invest in our environments for the benefit of both our children and staff and we plan to work our way around all our nurseries, giving them a repaint, investing in resources, introducing learning hubs and revamping the gardens.
All works at our nurseries is completed by our enhanced DBS checked refurbishment team. The team have many years’ experience working in children’s nurseries and complete the works discreetly, out of nursery operating hours and with as little disruption to children as possible.
Potters Bar Day Nursery & Preschool
Potters Bar have recently undergone a full refurbishment to the whole nursery, which includes decoration throughout, new cabinetry and flooring. The garden also received a revamp with the laying of artificial grass, new decking, an outdoor reading area with benches, an obstacle course and improvements to the mud kitchen.
The children are thoroughly enjoying their new environments and resources. They thrive on the time spent outdoors and revitalising our outdoor space has made a huge difference to their outdoor experiences.
New Barnet Day Nursery & Preschool
Following the completion of the decoration to our baby and toddler rooms, learning hub and refurbishment works to the outdoor environment, we are making further improvements to the preschool rooms. Where we will be removing the internal walls to combine our two preschool rooms and turn the first floor into one free-flowing room.
“It’s exciting, I can walk to the other side now”
“I can play with all my friends now!”

Other works will include full decoration to the new room and upstairs staircase, new cabinetry, and flooring. Creating this new space will provide the nursery with an enhanced learning environment and the ability to offer the best educational development opportunities. The team also have some exciting plan to introduce music and movement sessions, PE days and more to prepare the children for the transition to school.
